Join us at the Boston Seaport Hotel at 5:45 pm as we celebrate healthy living in our homes, workplaces, schools and communities by honoring the individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to promoting and protecting health and wellness.

Non-Members Tickets @ $175.00 each
Tables for 10 @ $1,750.00 Advance registration is requested. Registrations held at door.
Admission only if space is available.


CANCELLATION POLICY: Request for cancellation must be made in writing and mailed or faxed to The Massachusetts Health Council no later than September 24, 2010. All refunds subject to a $20.00 processing fee. No refunds will be provided after September 24, 2010 so we can ensure that the Program Booklet can be printed, with your information included, in time for the event.

    (This category allows the purchase of tickets to be donated for those who cannot afford to
    attend but would like to do so. Invitations for ticket purchases separate from sponsorships will
    be mailed in August.)

    Donated ticket may be purchased at $150.00 each. Donated tables for 10 may be
    purchased at $1,500.00.

    Tax deductible donations of items such as event tickets, gift certificates, weekends stays,

    would be greatly appreciated for our silent auction
