Join us at the Boston Seaport Hotel at 5:30 pm as we celebrate healthy living in our homes, workplaces, schools and communities by honoring the individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to promoting and protecting health and wellness.

Advance registration is requested. Registrations held at door.
Admission only if space is available.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Request for cancellation must be made in writing to The Massachusetts Health Council. All refunds subject to a $20.00 processing fee. No refunds will be provided after September 15, 2010.
